The Rotojet® trademark is also a registered trademark and is owned by Bolondi.

Bolondi exclusively holds all economic and commercial exploitation rights related to the Rotojet® trademark, as well as all rights connected to its legal protection.

It is strictly prohibited to:

 

  • use the Rotojet® trademark without written authorization;

  • reproduce or imitate the trademark, even partially;

  • use the trademark in advertising, commercial or promotional contexts;

  • register domain names, social profiles, company names or distinctive signs that may cause confusion with the Rotojet® trademark.

Reservation of Rights

All rights to the Bolondi® and Rotojet® trademarks are fully reserved.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of industrial property rights under applicable law and may be prosecuted in the appropriate courts, with claims for damages and any further legal protection provided by law.
