The plant supplied to a leading Italian manufacturer of natural cosmetic products for the preparation of hair dyes, creams, conditioners, and shampoos.
Customer needs
Wash the mixer completely automatically, including the areas under the mixing blades.
Reduce the water consumption used by operators for washing.
Existing system
The mixers present at the customer's premises were equipped with a heating and cooling jacket and a vacuum system with blade stirring systems.
Proposed BOLONDI system
2 high impact heads equipped with vertical translator with vacuum seal with 800 mm stroke to also reach the parts underneath the TA0800 series mixing blades .
