Customer needs
The customer needed a practical and simple system for washing IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers) containing products such as detergents for cleaning canvases and felts, flocculants, retentive agents, coagulants and dyes, simple and capable of making washing quick, economical and safe.
Existing system
Manual washing nozzle used by an operator at 100 bar. This resulted in very long washing times, inaccurate washing, and a waste of hot water.
Proposed BOLONDI system
RW030a washing head 21 lt/min at 100 bar with 2 nozzles.
