Precast concrete production plant for internal washing of the preparation mixer .
The existing plant required interminable manual washing and even required the use of tools such as pneumatic hammers to remove residual dry cement. This resulted in extremely long washing times , inefficiencies, and risks to personnel due to the operator's presence inside the mixer.

Fully manual washing lance used by an operator at 100 bar.
Proposed BOLONDI system
2 XC 070 series washing heads with exclusive nozzle protection system to prevent clogging and rotation with electric motor with operating pressure of 150 bar 100 lt/min .

Installing the mixer cleaning system was quick and easy.
Quick, safe and simple automatic cleaning cycles, lasting just a few minutes, more time mixing and less time washing.
An additional advantage of this type of system is that the same washing water can be reused to mix the next production batch.
Active prevention of accidents at work: it will no longer be necessary to enter the mixer for cleaning purposes.
