The existing, completely manual system relied on the entire work of operators for the internal washing of the tanks, resulting in very long washing times , inefficiencies and risks for personnel caused by possible contact with potentially toxic products.

Proposed BOLONDI system
FV020A Series ATEX self-rotating four-nozzle wash head with volumetric wash coverage to ensure complete wash coverage and fast cycle times.
Pressure of 400 bar 60 lt/min ATEX compliant completely in stainless steel .
The head is mounted on a cover to contain the washing jets, with an adequate vent for the release of vapours.
